1. Who we are
Ceeb Moz Ltd, trading as My Wedding Tape, is the controller of your personal data. Trading address: Office 109 (Big Yellow), 200 York Way, London, N7 9AX. For anything about your data, email hello@ceebmoz.com.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. What we collect
- Contact details: names, email address, phone number.
- Booking details: wedding date, venue, delivery address, contact on the day, music choices and any notes you give us.
- Payment details: amounts, dates and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Footage and photographs: video, audio and images recorded on our cameras or by our photographers, which may include you and your guests.
- Messages: emails, contact forms, grant applications and photography enquiries.
- Technical data: basic information such as device, browser and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To provide your booking — sending the kit, taking payments, editing your film, delivering photos and keeping you updated (contract).
- To keep financial and tax records (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud, keep our systems secure and improve our service (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, or to feature your film or photos in our portfolio, only if you've said yes (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To assess grant applications, which may include personal circumstances you choose to share (consent and contract). We only use this to decide your application.
4. Your guests
Your guests will appear in footage and photos. Please let them know the day is being recorded. If a guest asks us to remove them from material we hold, we'll do what we reasonably can.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted providers who help us run the service, under contracts that protect it:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our website hosting, database and email providers.
- Couriers — to deliver and collect your kit.
- Editors and photographers working for us on your booking.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards, such as UK-approved contract terms, are in place.
6. How long we keep it
- Booking and payment records: six years after your booking, for tax and accounting purposes.
- Footage, films and photos: for a limited period after delivery so you can download them. Please keep your own copies. Material you've agreed we can use in our portfolio is kept until you withdraw consent.
- Enquiries and grant applications that don't go ahead: deleted within 12 months.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
7. Keeping it safe
Data is stored on secure systems with restricted access. Your couple's page uses a private sign-in link, and portfolio images are kept in private storage. Only our team members who need your information can see it.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and make the site work. We don't use advertising cookies.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access a copy of your data;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.

10. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We'll update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top.
