Plans change — we get it. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or move your date. It forms part of our terms and conditions with Ceeb Moz Ltd.
How to cancel
Use the request option on your couple's page or email hello@ceebmoz.com. The date we receive your request is the date we use to work out any refund.
My Wedding Tape film: more than six months before your wedding
Full refund of everything you've paid, including the £50 reservation.
Between one and six months before
- Reserved with £50: we keep the £50, and the remaining £400 won't be collected.
- Paid £450 in full: we refund 70% (£315) and keep £135.
By this stage your kit has been set aside for your date and we've turned other couples away.
Less than one month before
Payments are non-refundable, as your kit has been allocated, prepared and booked for delivery.
Express editing
The £50 express editing extra is refunded in full if you cancel before we begin editing your footage. Once editing has started, it's non-refundable.
Grant bookings
- Partly funded bookings follow the same rules above, based on what you've paid.
- For fully funded bookings, the £100 security deposit is always refunded if you cancel.
Wedding photography
- More than six months before: full refund.
- Between one and six months before: we keep the 20% deposit; anything paid above that is refunded.
- Less than one month before: payments are non-refundable, as your photographer can't usually rebook the date.
Changing your date
- Ask as early as you can. If kit (or your photographer) is free on the new date, we'll move your booking and your payments across at no extra cost.
- If your new date is less than a month away, any outstanding balance becomes due straight away.
- If your kit has already been posted, we may need to charge any extra delivery costs.
- If we can't offer your new date, the request is treated as a cancellation under this policy — but talk to us first, we'll always try to help.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days of being issued.
Your legal rights
Because your booking is for a specific date, the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases doesn't apply to the kit hire and photography. This policy gives you refund rights instead. None of this affects your other statutory rights.
